Las Vegas is built for big moments, and AHR Expo 2026 absolutely delivered one. Team ProExpo spent the week on the show floor soaking up the pace, the people, and the future of HVACR. From high-impact booth experiences to rapid-fire conversations that turned into real connections, AHR felt like a reminder of why in-person events still matter when you want business to move.

AHR Expo 2026 took place February 2–4, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center (Central & South Halls). The show floor ran 10am–6pm on Monday and Tuesday, and 10am–4pm on Wednesday, which meant the days were long, the steps were real, and the conversations never really stopped.

Why we showed up

For ProExpo, AHR wasn’t just about “attending.” It was about being present where the industry’s direction becomes visible.

Here’s what we came for:
Build relationships in real time. Nothing replaces face-to-face conversations when you’re turning introductions into partnerships.
Track what’s actually trending. The show floor reveals what companies are investing in, what they’re prioritizing, and how they’re positioning themselves for the next wave.
Study the experience design. AHR is basically a masterclass in how brands compete for attention: layout, signage, demo flow, lead capture, and staff engagement all matter.

What we did on the floor

Our time at AHR was a mix of intentional networking, strategic observation, and idea collecting we can put to work immediately.

We focused on:
Walking the floor with purpose. We weren’t just browsing booths; we were watching how exhibitors told their story fast and clearly, and what made people stop.
Talking to exhibitors and solution providers. AHR brings together a huge cross-section of the industry, and the conversations ranged from product innovation to market needs to practical implementation.
Capturing inspiration for event execution. We paid attention to what made booths feel “alive,” including the small details: where staff stood, how demos started, how QR codes were used, and how teams handled traffic at peak hours.
Keeping our eyes on what’s next. Beyond individual booths, AHR is useful because it shows the bigger picture: what’s gaining momentum, what’s becoming standard, and what’s getting phased out.

The real takeaway

AHR Expo 2026 reinforced something we already believe at ProExpo: events aren’t just about showing up, they’re about showing up well.

When brands are intentional about messaging, layout, and human interaction, the booth stops being a display and becomes a conversation starter. And when the energy is right, those conversations turn into follow-ups, collaborations, and momentum that lasts beyond the last day of the show.

What’s next for Team ProExpo

We’re leaving AHR with:
• stronger connections
• sharper ideas for booth strategy and experiential marketing
• more clarity on how brands are competing for attention in crowded rooms
• a fresh list of people we’re excited to keep building with

If you connected with Team ProExpo at AHR Expo 2026, we’d love to stay in touch and keep the conversation moving.
