Do I need to attend the Expo to participate?
Of course not! Anyone can join online — and if you win, we’ll absolutely reach out to you directly.
But if you’re nearby, we highly encourage you to come! The LivingWell Senior Expo will be full of amazing programs, energy, and fun.
We’d love to meet you in person — and hand you your prize right there with a smile.
Can I submit more than one story?
Technically, it’s one entry per person — but we love hearing beautiful memories.
If you have more to share, don’t hold back. We’re here to celebrate and preserve those moments. We’ll count it as coming from the same person, but it all helps build the magic.
What if I’m camera-shy or my camera isn’t working?
No problem at all.
You can record just your voice — or even submit an audio file. We’re here for your story, not your selfie.
If the message is from the heart, that’s all that matters.
Is there an age limit?
Nope! If you’re a mom, a daughter, a son, or just someone who wants to honor their mother — you’re welcome.
Whether you’re 18 or 108, your voice matters.
We want to hear your story, and we want others to feel inspired by it too.
When will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified within 48 hours after the Expo ends.
We will contact them directly via the information provided in their submission.
